  My Dear Sister & Family!

Your letter of 14th. July Received, glad as allways to hear from you. Sorry that you again delayed on account of new Rulings (laws) in Washington. We allready where notified by Hias. but as yet havent received form (Aplication Blank) Louis Rhein has allready aplied 3 weeks ago for Form to Washington, and as soon as it comes Dane will fill it in over   according to law, and send it. hope it will not be very long, and you will be patient, so you can ceep[?] well, as we are doing all we can in trying to bring you to America. All my dear ones are well and otherwise getting along all right. I will send this letter to the Rheins along with your letter to be forwarded[?] hoping to hear from you soon again with love and best wishes including your family as ever
