To the people in your community that with their grand donations,
of time, food and cash to the North Platte Canteen, that helped to
make it the most liked and the most famous canteen in the States,
We, the canteen board, in behalf, of the regular workers wish to
say "Thanks a million," with out you it would not have been
possible.

Our last audit showed a balance of $3033.00, and it was voted by
the Canteen board of directors, to spend this to help the boys
in the veterans hospitals.
