<salute>Dear Mrs. Hutchens:</salute>

<p>The Commanding General has designated Col. Graves B.
McGary, Commanding Officer, Fort Francis E. Warren, Wyo.,
to present, in his behalf, the Citation for Meritorious
Wartime Service which has been awarded to your canteen.</p>

<p>The date of December 19 has been indicated as most
suitable. However, if it is agreeable with Colonel McGary,
there is no objection to December 24. You may desire to
correspond directly with him in regard to necessary arrangements. Colonel McGary has been so informed and, I
am sure, will be happy to work out details with you.</p>
