Mr. Veret read the minutes of the Budget Committee meeting, held on September 11, 1947, with the late Samuel Schaefer, Director of the Hospital. The minutes indicated that no immediate commitment was made to the Jewish National Hospital Building Fund Campaign, and that action was postponed for some future time.

The Board voted that a special committee of 5 be appointed to review this entire matter, and to meet with the representative of the National Jewish Hospital, should he come to Omaha. (Moved, Dr. Philip Sher; seconded, Milton Abrahams)
