Pictured in this photo are Susie Stern, about age 6, on the far left, Beate Stern (Bea Karp), around age 9, second from the left and two other children who were hiding in Cheaumant, an OSE home. The third from the left is Aunt Senta's daughter, Miriam. Aunt Senta was actually not an Aunt. She was a worker in the OSE homes and took a special liking and interest in Beate and Susie. Beate asked if she cold call her Aunt and she replied, "Yes, of course."
