  ARMY SERVICE FORCES
HEADQUARTERS SEVENTH SERVICE COMMAND
OMAHA, 2, NEBRASKA
Mrs. Charles D. Hutchens, Secretary,
North Platte Canteen,
North Platte, Neb.
Dear Mrs. Hutchens:

The Commanding General has designated Col. Graves B. McGary, Commanding Officer, Fort Francis E. Warren, Wyo., to present, in his behalf, the Citation for Meritorious Wartime Service which has been awarded to your canteen.

The date of December 19 has been indicated as most suitable. However, if it is agreeable with Colonel McGary, there is no objection to December 24. You may desire to correspond directly with him in regard to necessary arrangements. Colonel McGary has been so informed and, I am sure, will be happy to work out details with you.

Sincerely, Robert W. Reed,
Lieut Colonel, AGD,
Chief, Public Relations Branch.
