Letter from Beate Stern to Albert and Flora Schmidt and Bertha Gottlieb, November 13, 1946

  Dear Aunties, and Oncle

We received your letter from the 27.10.46, and I thank you very much We had lovely yontofs here, and oncle did build a little [?] which was very nice. I am now in form 4 and we are learning ever such a lot of things in hebrew I made some progresse We received the red sweaters and evrything what was in it, and I thank you very much, it did fit very well evrythink, only it was a little to big for Suzy. Dear auntie Flora you see I am writing to Grand-ma but I never get an answer so I d'ont now if she gets my letters. And about going to America you see it is like that one was I think that it better for me to go to America, but the other way I   I d'ont, you see I am afraid to get to much temptation, because I now quiet well, that the life in America is all different from the life in England. I am going to write a letter to grand mother I d'ont now but it seem's to me that you d'ont get our letters.
