Dear Sir or Madame:

Your name is included in the Registry at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Mueseum as a survivor of the Majdanke Concentration Camp. We are writing to seek your cooperation with the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) which is part of the United States Department of Justice. OSI investigates and prosecutes individuals living in the United States who were involved in Nazi related persecution during World War II.

OSI would like to speak with persons imprisoned at the Majdanek Concentration Camp between October 1943 and July 1944, and/or the Concentration Camp Flossenburg during July and August 1944 in connection with a pending case against a former guard at these camps. The OSI seeks survivors who would be willing to testify in court, at U.S. government expense, about their experiences and general conditions at Majdanek and/or Flossenburg concentration camps.
