The hog hair workers were the lucky ones they were taken over by the german administration and fabricated for them the hair. This did not last for long. They were also deported to a camp shortly. After the war some of the people came back to Mezr. in hope of finding some relatives or friends. Unfortunatly all wast bare and dark. They came back from the dead and found strangers (polish people) living in their houses. Nobody recognized anythink all the synagoges in ruins, the houses most of them demolished and nobody they new.
They did not stay around to long. we came baz back to find some life. and we found dead. Thousand died a martyrs dead and as such should we remember them.
